Canine Creature Comforts offers Doggie Sleepovers. We have two
types of boarding that are offered to our valued Daycare Clients! Sleepover services are offered only to new and existing daycare clients. Temperment testing is required, by appointment, for all new dogs before they can attend daycare.
Option 1: Cage Free Sleepover
After a long fun day of playing with all of his or her friends, your dog
will be able to sleep wherever they want in the overnight area –
snuggling with their friends, on the bed with our employee, on the
couch or on one of the special dog beds that will be available. They
will also be able to enjoy watching TV while relaxing. This option is for
our clients whose dogs prefer the company of humans at night time.
Option 2: Crated Sleepover
While dogs are pack animals, some like to have their own special
"den". These overnight guests are crated at night. We provide a nice
quiet place for retreat after a long day of play. We will keep your dog
in the same crate each night they are here and we ask you to bring
their own bed or favorite blanket as long as it is machine washable!
Both options provide a safe, familiar environment for your baby. We
are one of the only facilities that is staffed 24 hours a day in order to
provide the best possible care for your dog.
Traditional boarding can create stress for a dog and that stress can
lead to barking, lowered immune system and anxiety. At Canine
Creature Comforts we try to make your dog’s stay as stress-free as
possible. This will help maintain a healthy, happy dog and a guilt free
trip away from home for you!
To ensure a comfortable and relaxed visit, it is important that dogs
wanting to attend a sleepover come to daycare at least 3 times per month to play with their friends. This ensures that they stay familiar with the routine, their friends and don’t forget how to not steal the covers from their sleepover buddies.
We offer these options 7 days a week and 365 days per year. If you
need your baby to stay over a holiday, please let us know well in
advance – spaces fill up quickly!
